A little goes a long way. For an overnight treatment, massage 1 to 2 pumps of oil into your hair and scalp, then wash out in the morning. For thicker hair, use 3 to 4 pumps. For a pre-shampoo treatment, apply 1 to 2 pumps, leave for 30 minutes, then wash and style.
