Our Story

At Quimey, we believe hair care should be simple, natural, and effective—no frills, just good hair. We started Quimey because, like so many others, we were frustrated with all the unnecessary chemicals packed into most hair products. We knew there had to be a better way, so we set out to create something different: vegan hair oils made from the finest botanicals, designed to give your hair the care it deserves. No fuss, just healthy, shiny hair every day.

We’re proud of where we’ve come from—roots in an Asian family that values pure ingredients and a background in hairdressing. We’ve taken that passion and made it our mission to craft products that are kind to your hair and the planet.

The name
“Quimey” (pronounced kee-may) comes from the Mapuche word for “beautiful,” and it’s how we see beauty—something that’s natural, simple, and radiant. Just like the ingredients we use, we believe beauty starts with what’s real and pure. It’s about feeling good in your own skin (or hair!) and celebrating the little things that make us who we are.
